On September 6th 2015, staffs in Engineering Department went back to the company to participate in the Mid-Year summing-up meeting of Engineering Department. The meeting was organized by President Wu personally. In addition to the participants of engineering department , there are also the relevant departments such as General department, the Financial department. The topic of the meeting is mainly around the main problems and shortcomings in the current year when completing the project. And communicating on a variety of issues between the departments and on-site management staff who often encountered and propose improvement advice. Each management personnel of the project site comment respectively and understand their own deficiencies. Finally President Wu make a final summary about the management in the Engineering Department of the past six months and need us continue to improve the deficiencies. However about the progress of the management and employees, he also gave recognition.
After the meeting, the participants attended the dinner organized by the company . The next day, Engineering staff went to the project site again after packing luggage You were laborious!
